They will assist you in choosing the perfect style, colours, and fabrics for your windows. Once you’ve chosen your window treatments, your designers will measure your windows and provide you with a comprehensive quote. We generally suggest allowing for at least 2 hours for the appointment.

Yes! Your designer will bring samples when they visit your home. You will be able to touch, feel, and see the product to ensure you will love your new window treatments before you place your order.

Your designer will measure your windows during your appointment. However, if your windows are hard-to-reach we may schedule a future appointment for a measure and installation professional to take your measurements.

Your designer will be able to communicate the timing of your product when you order. Once your order is placed, your window treatments will be fabricated to your exact window specifications. Upon completion, you will have a local, certified installer reach out to you to schedule an installation time that is convenient for you.

After you’ve have placed your order, you will receive updates via email letting you know the status of your order. You will also receive a link to visit your customer portal with additional information regarding the status of your order.
